Glass Pavilion-A Glass House

Steve Hermann, an architect has finished his latest project in Montecito, Calif., called the Glass Pavilion, which he calls his master piece.

Mr. Herman is usually restricted to a small area but in this case the place measures about three and a half acres, the space he needed to create a house with glass walls. According to Mr. Herman it allows you to be one with nature inside the house.

The 13,875-square-foot Glass Pavilion consists of five bedrooms, a kitchen with a wine room, five-and-a-half bathrooms and an art gallery that displays the architect’s epoch car collection.

Mr. Hermann has also designed some of the home's furniture including the benches in the hallway.

He originally built the home for himself but he changed his plans when the six-year project was in progress. The home is now listed for $35 million price.
