Dell Streak Android Tablet

Orders for new Dell Streak Tablet were open up in the U.S. on August 12th for pre-sale registrants, and then it becomes generally available on August 13th.

The Dell Streak actually has a lot more in common with a smartphone than it does with the iPad. It features Wifi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity as well as GPS and unlike most tablets, you can actually make phone calls on the Dell Streak, so may be you get away with replacing your phone with the tablet if you don’t mind holding a 5 inch device up to your ear to talk or using a Bluetooth headset.

Its specifications include:
        • 5-inch capacitive multi-touch WVGA (800x480) display
        • Qualcomm1GHz Snapdragon ARM processor
        • 5 MP rear camera, shoots 640x480 video
        • 640x480 VGA front camera for video calls
        • Replaceable battery!
        • 3.5mm headphone jack
        • 3G/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity
        • 2GB Internal storage, Micro SD slot expandable up to 32GB

You can either get a Streak for $299.99 with a new two year AT&T contract but without it will cost you $549.99
