Sony Bloggie Touch Pocket Video Camera

Sony announced Bloggie Touch video camera on 1st September 2010, two days ago, that made a considerably stronger first impression. Boasting a 3-inch capacitive touchscreen wrapped in what appears to be a brushed metal body, this one packs 4GB or 8GB of internal memory, and will capture full 1080p video as well as 12.8-megapixel still images courtesy of the F2.8 wide angle lens and Exmor CMOS sensor, a great first impression. You'll also get a built-in USB connector, HDMI output, and of course plenty of options to easily share your photos and videos on various social networking sites, to vie with its competitors. All software and manuals are embedded in the camera’s memory that are installed automatically once the pocket camcorder is connected to a computer.

The new Bloggie desktop software allows you to trim video clips and it gives you 1GB of free storage space on Sony's new Personal Space Website. Due in October, the 8GB Sony Bloggie Touch is priced at $200, while the 4GB Sony Bloggie Touch will sell for $180 and both models are available in different but limited colors.
